Volunteer

Help fulfill our Mission

Midwest Shelter for Homeless Veterans relies on volunteers to fulfill our mission, especially in our Freedom Commissary program. We have a variety of volunteer opportunities available for individuals and groups and we make every effort to match volunteers to their area of interest. Due to the nature of the work, these volunteer opportunities are for adults ages 21 and older unless specified that children may volunteer. Arrangements for children to volunteer are made at the time the volunteer project is determined. If you are interested in any of the following opportunities, please contact Kristal Conklin via email, Kristal@mshv.org or by calling her at 630-871-8387 x. 618.
